This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Michael Glen Fuller, a USA developer, and the user (“you” or “user”) of the Mobile VR Station application (“App”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the App.
2. License
The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for both personal and commercial purposes.
3. Restrictions
You may not: a. Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App. b. Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App. c. Remove any proprietary notices or labels from the App.
4. No Warranty
The App is provided “as is” without any warranties, expressed or implied. The Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the App.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
6. Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate your license to use the App at any time, with or without cause.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
8. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
